How to select appropriate conveying equipment for rice processing equipment according to conveyor type. Conveying equipment is generally divided into three categories: bucket elevator in vertical direction,screw conveyor in horizontal direction and chute flowing downward.

1. The elevator is developing towards fast, shallow bucket and small bucket distance, with small equipment volume and large output. Develop the bottomless dustpan elevator, add a bottomed dustpan between several continuous bottomless dustpans, so that the material forms a material column and improves the output.

2. The distance between the screw and the casing of the screw conveyor is gradually reduced to 3mm, which improves the conveying capacity. At the time of shutdown, there is little or no material accumulation at the bottom, which greatly improves the cleanliness and hygiene of materials.

3. The chute has realized the prefabrication of pipe fittings, pipes and joints, which only needs to be assembled on site according to the processing process flow, changing the backward situation of on-site measurement, fabrication and assembly.
