Description

The destoner device of suction type specific gravity stone removing machine is supported by three struts, two struts at the grain discharging end and one strut at the middle of the stone discharging end. The inclined angle of the screen surface can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the base plate.

The surface of the stone removing screen is a single convex Fishscale orifice plate. For the suction specific gravity stone remover (qsx.85 or qsx.100) with larger screen width, the double necked screen is adopted to remove the stone, with small shrinkage angle, which is conducive to the movement of stones to the stone outlet.

In the cleaning room of suction specific gravity destoner , a single side downward convex fish scale orifice plate is used to blow the grain in the stone back to the stone screen surface with the aid of reverse air flow, so as to reduce the grain content in the stone. The upper part of the cleaning room is equipped with a slope glass cover, which is convenient for observation and operation, and the lower part is equipped with an air regulating plate, which is used to adjust the speed of the reverse air flow.
